The project aims to stimulate the emergence of territorial ecosystems for PGMs recycling and substitution in automotive catalysts, based on a new technology that substitutes Platinum group metals (PGMs) with copper nanoparticles.

This approach will be tested on the aged and polluting fleet of public heavy-duty vehicles, to be transferred to key-beneficiaries and target-end customers.
